If you DO talk to them, the second they ask you for ANY information at all or say that you have to pay ANYTHING to get the prize (taxes in advance, a fee, ANYTHING) it's a SCAM and do not do it. There are hundreds of variations on Publisher's Clearing House scams and this sounds like the latest. BE CAREFUL.
