At 6:03 p.m. it is DARK here.....and there are some neighborly homes with Christmas lights blazing.

It is most fun to look at.

BK and I met at the Sherman Oaks El Torito. It was pretty busy. Lots of food, both traditional dishes and Mexican. Lots. The food was better than last year when we ate at the location in Santa Monica, which has now closed. I like having a buffet and virtually everyone can find something they like here.

Yes, Jeanne and I had fun and a half. I ate no turkey, but my first plate consisted of some stuffing, some corn pudding, a tiny bit of yams, string bean casserole, and salad.
