I may have mentioned, in years past, that gaggles of geese seem to prefer the pond behind my house -- and my side yard -- as courtship grounds every spring.Of course, it isn't spring yet, but they are wildly at it already. Such a fuss in the early morning hours. I think this has been one of the busy days, thus far. Such a FUSS!!
Today I have my first appointment with my new doctor - Dr Aina.....I have seen his photograph but I haven't spoken to him.We shall see what happens.
Yesterday I was taking a shower. I just stepped out of it and picked up the towel when the doorbell rang followed by some knocks....repeated.I finally got my sleep pants on and got to the door and it was two Mormon elders. I didn't even let them speak - I just told them they got a 76 year old man out of the shower at risk of life and limb and they could just move on.
My doc recommended bloodwork. You know, check the oil. So I got the blood drawn at Quest. Labs were done. All reports good. Insurance bill comes for $729. Seems a bit much. I call Cindy at customer care back in my old home state of Delaware. She agrees that this is a bit off. The provider’s billing co messed up. So I received a nice new statement from insurance in the mail. For $729. I call and get Cindy again, believe it or not. She says, oh, this is just a statement to let you know it’s going to be adjusted still. Don’t worry. Why am I still worried?

I growl when someone comes up the driveway, and then I hide.
Once when I was sitting on the couch, someone came up the driveway and Leonard alerted me. I grabbed the leopard-spotted Snuggy that was on the arm of the couch and pulled it over myself so he wouldn't see me if he peered in the window.
I have a sign on the door that says "Day sleeper. Please do not knock."It works most of the time, but if they see me through the window, they knock.

DR George, thank for the link though it is going to take awhile to watch all of the 55 Times Mother Nature Got Angry on Camera video.
