Our "winter mix" didn't happen. At least not yet. Very cold, however.

Now I can't get it out of my head.  I think Horton the Elephant sang it once in some cartoon.

DR MATTH - ain't technology wonderful?  Glad to hear the glitch wasn't with the disk.

DR MBARNUM - thanks SO much for the Sally Fraser photo....I bet she is up to her shapely shoulders in snow right now since she lives in Idaho....as do Patty Duke and Lucy Marlowe!

We are predicted to receive about 7 inches of the white stuff.  It has been falling steadily since about 12:45 pm.....   :P

I was hoping that you'd get to that last quote, Jane. :-)

Now, we need a jrand quote from Kritzer Time to complete the trilogy.

Looking forward to the LEXMAS episode of Smallville tonight.

I'm definitely recording it, but I'll probably watch JOEY/WILL & GRACE live during that same time period.

 ;D

Benjamin loved doing the show at night, staying out late and then sleeping in.  He still sat at the piano every day and played songs.  It was time to write something new, he thought, as he had played "I'm in Like With You" and "I See Rainbows" to death.  But, he supposed, inspiration would strike when inspiration would strike.

Did anyone mention that today is the 25th anniversary of the killing of John Lennon?  It's been all over the local news.  I still remember it quite well, except for the season.  I had thought it was in the spring.  The cabaret group "Just Good Friends" for whom I was arranging had recently added "Here There and Everywhere" to their act and the boys went to a memorial event at the dakota and sang it.

I had forgotten the date as well, DRELMORE, but did see some of the tributes and gatherings on the various news services.

Sometimes it seems like a LONG time ago, and sometimes it seems like yesterday.

I shall now be on my way to join Mr. Nick Redman for an early dinner.  Depending on when that ends, I'll either return briefly or head directly to rehearsal.  Either way, keep the home fries burning until my returning, you dear, dear people out there in the dark.

I'll say it again - what fun to see the Kritzer quotes!
