I just stopped sneezing and my eyes aren't watering.  I hope this lasts.

Tnanks DR PENNYO - your news was not so shabby either!

DRJANE we didn't get a vett name, but our vet already knows he has a new patient that he will be seeing in a week or so.

It would be nice if you could save Blue Moon from double vaccinations.  It wouldn't hurt economically either.

Well, looks like it's Callie's turn to go to the vet. She has a lump on her lip. I noticed it a few days ago, but didn't really get a good look at it.

OK, here's the recipe I promised last night that I'd post this morning.  However, I was unable to log on until after my noontime program at work and didn't have it with me:

Beef & Mushroom Casserole

2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut in 1" cubes
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. sherry wine
Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Mix all ingredients, except the sliced mushrooms, in a baking dish.  Spread sliced mushrooms over the top.  Cover and bake at 325o for 3 hours.  Serve over noodles.

It was in the 80s today and is supposed to be 87 tomorrow.  Looking forward to a nice weekend 70s mostly and some thunderstorms.  I can't wait for a little time off without a major work project looming

Thanks for the Callie vibes. I really don't think it's anything serious, but what do I know.  I don't want to let it slide just in case.

I agree about TAR. Thought it was a lot better not knowing who would be last until close to the end.  Can't say I'm sorry about who it was

Well, I think tonight I really will get ice cream. I've been talking about it for days, but have been eating yogurt instead. It's time to take a walk on the Dairy Queen side.

I should also check the old house.   I haven't been there for over a week. I keep thinking if I just forget about it I'll get a call that it sold. Yeah right.

The first two nights are Seder nights, after that it has been so long since I’ve paid attention I wasn’t sure if it was seven days or more, so I did a bit of research and found conflicting information.

“Pesach lasts for seven days (eight days outside of Israel).”

“On the first night of Pesach (first two nights for traditional Jews outside Israel), we have a seder”

For more info:  http://www.jewfaq.org/holidaya.htm

I never knew there was a “fast of the first born”

So Tammy and Lauren must be in the throes of finalizing the feast!
