Tomorrow morning I'm going on my first trip since March 2020. I'm flying to Ontario, California by way of Dallas. I'm looking forward to seeing my friends.

He suggested sleeping in the recliner since I had great difficulty rising from the adjustment table yesterday

Around 1130 last night I took a pain pill and slept straight through the night

This morning I was able to move with much less pain if I moved slowly and carefully

Tonight I went back to the chiropractor and he did some more heat and stretching

Not at all gracefully as I had to slide my legs over, drop to my knees, then pull myself up with my arms
