Kitty cleanup was a chore this morning with too many visiting cats, and I cannot continue with the bathroom until it's after 9:00, so I will make the bed and tidy te apartment.

I cannot believe it. Every damned ome of my Fancy Feast sellers is out of the tuna and whitefish cat food which usually sells for around $15.00 for a case of 24 cans. I've been to Amazon, Chewy, Petco, Petsmart, Walmart, and Target. It's one of the few cat foods all three cats will eat. Damn it all to hell.

Woke up at a typical time following a silly and irritating dream, made a quick trip to the bathroom, then I laid me back down and fell back to sleep for another 2 1/2 hours. It's going to feel like a short day.

I'd been craving lox and bagels lately, so I picked up supplies yesterday and just royally stuffed myself. Ate the whole 4 oz. package of smoked salmon divided over two open-faced bagels with (of course) cream cheese, capers, thin slice of tomato, thin shavings of red onion, and "everything bagel" seasoning liberally applied since I only had plain bagels. Very delicious, and a little more than I needed, but it had been so long since I'd had this that I needed to find out what the quantities need to be. A worthy experiment, and now I shan't need to eat anything at all till this evening.
