"Texts from Jane Eyre..." sounds a little like Steve Allen's Meeting of Minds that was on PBS. I remember my parents watching it when I was a kid, and I watched a bit of it also.

I did find that at least four volumes of scripts were published. I just bought inexpensive (less than $10 each) copies of the first series and the second series.
