George, I have found with the cheesecakes that I have made, people say they taste better if they sit for a couple of days before cutting into them. Do you have any leftovers? You could see if there’s any difference.

We went to Beaches. I am stuffed. We found out that a regular customer, Roger, whom we have become friendly with passed away yesterday. We knew this was going to happen, still it is very sad. Last week his waitress & good friend/extended family member gave us a card to sign. She said he appreciated what Keith wrote. The bar tender stopped by to say hello & was also sad about his passing.
