George, I have found with the cheesecakes that I have made, people say they taste better if they sit for a couple of days before cutting into them. Do you have any leftovers? You could see if there’s any difference.

We went to Beaches. I am stuffed. We found out that a regular customer, Roger, whom we have become friendly with passed away yesterday. We knew this was going to happen, still it is very sad.
