I ate a few Quakes and some fruit. So, today I've had two poached eggs on an English muffin, a tiny Caesar salad with almost no dressing, two more English muffins with Dee Dee's topping, but this time spread very very thin, which is the trick (so very little topping), an apple and a pear, and some Quakes. I'm full, I didn't confine myself to only eating once, and given the long jog I would hope this would be an excellent diet day.
