Even though I don't care for cats, I like the performance of Cat in Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Of course, Asta and Lassie were both very good.  The orangutan in Every Which Way But Loose.  Zippy the Chimp in The Court Martial of Harry Speakup on The Phil Silvers Show (one of the funnies episodes of any series ever).  Lee Marvin's horse in Cat Ballou.

I loved the performance of Moose as "Eddie" in the TV sitcom "Frasier"!

I can't think of any oyster songs, but there's always:

Shrimp boats is a-comin',
Their sails are in sight.
Shrimp boats is a-comin',
There's dancin' tonight.
Why don't-cha hurry, hurry, hurry home?
Why don't-cha hurry, hurry, hurry home?
Look here! The shrimp boats is a-comin',
There's dancin' tonight.

And I'm very fond of Moonie's performance as "Bruiser" in "Legally Blonde".

I thought the statue of the title character was particularly convincing in "The Maltese Falcon"

Oh...speaking of animals in films....well, not exactly live animals in live-action films...I had a fun viewing of "101 Dalmatians" -- the original Disney animated feature -- over the weekend.

Everyone needs a little Disney every now and again.

I liked the bear on the Andy Williams show, but I don't think that was a real bear.
