Am I blue?

You'd be, too!

Watching a charming motion picture on DVD, then will have to shave and get ready to be on my way to dine and then see Light In The Piazza.

I have been out exercising my democratic right to vote for our State "leaders". "Water" is the big issue here.  We need a Rainman.

The Trader Joe's lobster ravioli smells great.  I think my Mom would love it, but she's in Florida, so she's not getting any of it.

Ravi Olé - Wasn't he a Mexican sitar player of some note? Or maybe one note.

This is most unseemly, this errant and truant behavior.  I fear a mass bitch-slapping shall have to occur.  You'd think it was the day after Thanksgiving or something.

You are welcome to some of our rain.  We have had the wettest November in history.

The leading item on the news all day has been live reports from the malls. Maybe that means it is a slow news day -- few murders or other bad things. So maybe it's a good thing. It is troubling, though, to see the bad behavior of the shoppers.

I've just been catching up with yesterday's posts.  I have thus lit a candle. Thank you for the link TCB.

Today we have two Rainbow Lorikeets feeding here.  They are infrequent visitors - and camera shy today.

I look forward to the day they are not camera shy.

I did not get up early this year for the big shopping day, but later in the morning I took my mom to Lazy Boy so that she could purchase a new recliner as hers sort of broke or something this last week.

TOD:

DVD:
APACHEN (Apaches; 1971). The last of my set of East German westerns. This time there were no only Indians and cowboys speaking German, but Mexican's speaking German as well. It was odd to see Senore Rafael come into a room and say "Guten tag!" It was a very good movie and these westerns have become my favorite DVD purchases of the year.

CD:
A Jewish group called DIVAHN.

DVR:
Joan Evans and Robert Arthur in GIRLS ON THE LOOSE (1950)

JRand56, if you enjoyed that western enough to see the other two in the set just let me know and I will quickly copy and mail them to you! The second two are actually the better movies, the first one was a bit on the campy side...which I enjoyed.

Same very basic camera  -Kodak easyshare 3.1  -as I used in North America.

We don't get colorful birds out here like that. Most things here blend in with the surroundings.

I think the Rainbow Lorikeets would be more at home on Castro Street SF.

In the new series of Citibank commercials, is the guy with the Russian accent who looks like Judd Hirsch actually Judd Hirsch?
