Dino hasn't been here for ages.  Perhaps we should do the LIMBO in his honor.

Did Barbara Deutsch register here on HHW as "bdapp?"  If she did, she only posted four times and those were two years ago!

I forgot to mention, I think, that I was on the south side of town before my other post house closed---they were still working when I came back @11---so I finished the Act II notes, except 2 for which I had questions.

Der B---the puppeteer friend who is on GOOD EATS from time to time is Matt "Lucky" Yates. I couldn't find out what episodes he was on from imdb, but I did find something that might interest DR George:

(1998) Appeared in the world premiere of "Cannibal! The Musical," the stage adaptation of Alferd Packer: The Musical (1996). Some footage of the play appears on Troma's DVD of Alferd Packer: The Musical (1996); Matt Yates can be seen bringing the horse on stage at the beginning of the "Shpadoinkle Day" musical number.

Cool!  When I unpack my DVDs, I'll have to watch for that..."Cannibal! The Musical" one of the first DVDs that I want to watch when I unpack them. :)

DVD listing:
This week we have watched an enjoyed
"Texasville" (wonderful to watch a week or so after "The Last Picture Show").
 and "Colour Me Kubrick"

Music. I've been compiling a "Soundtrack" for "Texasville"as  there was no official one released.  A few weeks ago I compiled a new "soundtrack" for "The Last Picture Show".  The "official" soundtrack had only about half the songs used.
My current project is compiling a Cd of songs that The Beatles "gave away "to other singers or were issued as singles by other artists.  eg "Michelle", "World Without Love" and songs by Mary Hopkin and Badfinger.

Media check...in my DVD player:  "Shock to the System," "Looker" (yes, "Looker" ::)) and Offenbach's "La Grande Duchesse de Gerolstein."  These last two are from Netflix. :)

You can wait until BK re-releases them on Kritzerland...or know someone who has a set of them (and who has easy access to them ::)).

Maybe the Grand Mensch himself will offer, since I have a complete collection of the books of Kritzer. But if not...

That's not legal George.  You know none of us on this site do that sort of thing.

I know where all my CDs are...but I don't know which box that the CDs are in...yet.  I (still) have about 50 or 60 boxes of stuff down in my living room. ::)

Two hours later.. Goodnight DR Edisauras
We've just finished watching "The Official Story" 1986 Best Foreign Film winner.  Very rewarding and confronting. (on a few levels  - very personal!)
