IN A MELLOW MOOD
« on: March 27, 2007, 01:20:32 AM »

Well, you've read the notes, the notes were mellow, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're in a mellow moo.

And the word of the day is: RETROMINGENT!

Maybe the most interesting word ever - don't try it at home.

I served as VP on our high school thespian society, and between our newsponsor and my group of friends we compleatly re-did the way the old cabinet ran things, which was not at all....sudenly there were shows and trips and initiation ceremonies and joy.

Can we skip page 2 and go to page 3?

Surely that would break some sort of record around here...

Which record would you like to break Cason--longest time it ever took to get to be an HHW god?

It's time for me to get to sleep, also.  I need to get up early enough to feed my niece's cats, then get back to my house to feed my very own cat.  Then I need to get to work.  Good night, all!

I was involved with the

NAMES Project

for many years. I volunteered for the national organization at many of the displays in Washington, DC and I was on the board of the New York chapter from 1992 until 2001. It was ultimately a positive experience but it was also frustrating in many ways. Dealing with volunteers is a touchy issue. You can't fire volunteers but there were some I would have liked to push into the Hudson River. There were also some amazing people who helped us make the organization do some good work.

I'm not on the board but, as many of you know, I volunteer for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS every Christmas when we put together gift bags for people with HIV/AIDS. I'm glad I'm not part of the board or administration. I get much great feeling out of just volunteering.

I have absolutely no idea of what to do with today's word of the day.

Imagining Casey and his strawberry blonde in such a situation is...  :P
