TOD:  Well, it may not be a GREAT score, but I enjoy Victor/Victoria.

So do I. BK may be enjoying his cool jazz (to keep him relaxed this busy week), but I especially like the hot jazz number in V/V.

So, DR MATTH, now that you've watched WOMAN IN THE DUNES again, do you think it'll stay with you? :)

I hadn't realized until I read today's posts just how many movies Mancini scored or how big a contribution to American music he made.

Good morning DRs......  I too was sad to hear about the death of dear Bev Sills.  I always admired that she was a great singer, and yet remained a vibrant lady with a great sense of humor.

Hi Ben..... Hi Elmo, sorry about your office being violated!... And I wonder if dear Jose fell asleep last night, and left his computer logged on here??

Good Morning!

I'm up, I'm up... And I shall soon be washing my oatmeal bowl.  -Which is also tinged purple due to the addition of some blueberries (and a splash of skim milk and a generous dash of cinnamon).

TOD:

theme from Two For The Road

Whistling Away The Dark ..... but i have just the opposite reaction than the one stated earlier.  I can often have a good cry listening to that song.

Today I used dried cranberries (from Trader Joe's) and half a banana in my oatmeal.

Hi Ben......I just noticed that if you read the "quote" under your avatar, it comes out sounding Swedish (at least to me).

And Ant looked just as cute as ever at our breakfast soiree last weekend!  :)

I ain't eaten 'em yet. There was half a tuna salad sandwich and some cheesecake sitting in my fridge as well. That took precedence.

Dear Rodz..... Oh child of the misguided -- forego the tuna and other stuff, and proceed directly to the Levain !!

You gotta trust me.......

I should get a new avatar wearing Sandra's Swedish Chef Hat!

And Ant thinks you look ever dashing and suave!

For those of you who direct or work in little theatres.....at the end of the show, who is responsible for the cleaning/dry cleaning of the costumes you used if they belong to the group or theatre?

Hi dear DR Laura.... yes I did see the picture, and thanks for posting "me."  If I knew how to reprint the picture here, I was going to put a caption on it that said......"...does this fur make my ass look fat?"

I thought Kitty Kerry was a much sleeker looking feline.

I had Special K with strawberries. It is too hot here for oatmeal.

I eat oatmeal in the cool air-conditioned atmosphere of my office. We have a lounge/kitchen area with a cooking area so to avoid waking up Anthony I take my breakfast to the office. I then browse the newspaper (on-line) and catch up on e-mail, etc. It's all very civilized.

I also eat the oatmeal every day because it helps with my cholesterol. It's one of the few advertising slogans that seems to hold some truth.

I put raspberries and blackberries in my Cheerios this morning.  I had a coupon for two containers of berries for $2.98 at Shop-Rite last night.
