TCB,
I went over to the website you mentioned the other day, achevlabs.com. Their products are based on Human Growth Hormone. Although there are many proponents of such products, there was also enough negatives in my reading to cause me to choose NOT to try it.
If you are looking for help with arthritis, I would suggest Lyprinol, which is an extract of the New Zealand green-lipped mussel--I'm not joking!--in capsule form. (There's also a spray version.) Two of my sources recommend it, I've tried in personally, and I'm a believer, although I used it to heal the lining of my gut. Also good for arthritis is glucosamine sulfate, which I was very happy with.
I've probably mentioned this before, but an great source of information about pain remedies is Sherry Rogers, MD's PAIN-FREE IN 6 WEEKS. She mentions many, many options, including Lyprinol and GS.
