You know, there was a time when I'd see a double meaning in something I'd written here and correct it. Then I said, "No. This is all in fun, anyway. Give the DRs some material to work with." So now I just let it fly. But, like DR JANE, I know there's lots of stuff that goes right over my head. Oh, well.

Why, yes, I have supped - well, lunched at Pret-A-Manger a couple of times.  Good, basic lunch fare.  I know they tout themselves as the latest "British Invasion", but with all the various lunch counter cafes here in in NYC - Pax, Guy & Gallard, Metro Cafe, EuroPan, etc. - they're sort of just like all of the others.
