CONTEMPLATING MY NAVEL
« on: March 01, 2009, 12:14:19 AM »

Well, you've read the notes, you've contemplated both the notes and the navel and also the naval, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're currently contemplating their cud.

You can keep your navels, DR dB.   Here are the navals that I'm contemplating:

***SAFE & EASY TRAVEL VIBES***
for DR Cillaliz!!!!

Thanks!   Pam just left for the airport and even though it's only 5:00 AM I'm awake so i don't think I'll try to go back to sleep.  My alarm is set in an hour anyway.   It's been a nice trip, but I'm very ready to go home.

Lovely photos yesterday from DR LAURA and DR derBRUCER.

MR BK's notes remind me of the post on IMDB wherein a reader decried the fact that the DVD version of the original THE DAY THE EARTH STOOD STILL was not released in widescreen, and he hoped that that would be corrected in future releases.

Eight Singers and An Organ - that is the title of my new novel.......and of course when it is made into a movie and CC'd it will be called Eight Signers and An Organ.

I don't know about a Super Drive, DR JOSE - but the description on Ebay when I bought it read:

CD/DVD R/W drive - which I assume meant read/write.

DR JMK - I received my photo today and will scan later for you later this week.  There is a crease in Frances' face that makes her look very strange, but otherwise she looks great and I am sorry we can't see that performance.

Tonight we have a new TAR. Followed by the premiere of CELEBRITY APPRENTICE.

ABC has a 2 hour BROTHERS & SISTERS (which for some reason was on here also last night but i was not in the mood to most likely be upset). I will try to watch that today. Although i really wanted to try to get my niece to watch ENCHANTED with me. But she only wants to watch Dora!

I have a question for people with widescreen TVs.

When you watch a movie in Academy Format do you watch the movie with black/gray bars on the left and right side of the image or so you watch it "formatted to fit widescreen TVs"?

Good morning, all! I am caught up and informed. I had a note from our DR edisaurus, and I think she could use a lot of vibes right now since there's too much tsuris: angst on the Mercer documentary and too many tragedies in friends' lives. She asked about all of you DRs so send her some vibes!

Today, a concerted effort to finish Act One of THE MOST HAPPY FELLA and turn it in; the Moross scores keep arriving in the post and I have to get to them, as well as the concert work for Ron Raines in Houston in April, are sitting there and waiting for my attention.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vibes for our DR edisaurus! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Most Academy Ratio films I have on DVD fill the screen to begin with, unless I am doing something wrong - which is entirely possible.
My adorable greatnephew Jayden was the ring bearer at his uncle's wedding yesterday. He's wearing his first tuxedo.
