Well, you've read the notes, the notes were arranged, and now it is time for you to post until the arranged cows come home.

Although, it was one that I didn't get as soon as (or shortly after) it was released...get as in "purchase," not "understand."  I don't remember why, though.

Well, last night's performance of Jesus Christ Superstar had a singing Jesus!  Jamie still wasn't at 100%, and some of the higher lines were rewritten to not be so high, but he sounded good, otherwise.  I'm glad I got to see it again.

bk, sorry you have a headache.

Don't you think it would be worth it to pay someone to come in for an hour and teach you how to work it on your computer so that you could print out address labels and not have to write everything out by hand?  Especially since you're looking to expand the Kritzerland release schedule?

Enjoyed today's notes. It was nice to get a little more background on this recording.

I remember we talked about some years ago and asked you if you were to do a MALE version or a GAY version what songs would you choose? And you said the same songs. And realized you were right.

TOD

In no particular order

Unforgettable With Love
Love Lives On (NYCGMC)
Merrily We Roll Along (Off-Broadway Revival)
Colette Collage
Lucky Stiff
The Story Goes On (Liz Callaway)
Listen To My Heart (Nancy LaMott)
No Way To Treat A Lady
Lee Lessack
On My Own (Michaelle Nicastro)
Follies ("Complete" NJ Cast Recording)
Alone Together (Linda Purl)
Duets (Skinner & Ripley)
Somewhere In Time (Kevin Koelbl)

and I think that is a good start

My  79 year old dad is going to an orthopedic oncologist today.  They have found a tumor in his thigh which is wrapped around the thigh muscle.....

I am quite concerned...

Thanks for the travel vibes!

I hope both DR Vixmom and her father have encouraging visits to their doctors.

Bye for now!

I had venison on my recent trip to Wisconsin. It was tasty.

No, it didn't taste like Chicken

BK, the concept "relationship" album sounds fascinating.  I don't suppose it is available for purchase anywhere anymore...

My favourite albums of the nineties and 2000's are, of course, my Guy Haines albums and my Johnny Hartman albums.

Good Morning!

TOD:  I'll admit I don't think of albums by decades anymore (with the exception of "Annie Get Your Gun," "My Fair Lady," and  "South Pacific" whick got me all through my early child hood and Fred Astaire 78's and Petula Clark 45's which got me all through later years).

I guess I'd have to say it would be Bruce's CD's (Jason, Liz, Guy, etc., etc, etc.)

A fellow cabaret lover and I would take turns playing different music in the store where I worked in 2001-2004, and we often played "A Broadway Love Story" in the store on the days we opened.  We'd have Liz Callaway Day or Doris Day Day or Jason Graae Day or Diva Day.  What fun!

I'm off-- I'm going to meet a friend at breakfast to celebrate her birthday.  Unfortunately, it's a long drive, but it will be nice to see her.

Laters!  Toodles!  And all the rest.
