Jose I just took a video tour of a couple of houses available on that island - there is one I could be very comfortable in -  now does anyone have 1.3 million to loan me?

Those houses(!) confused me when I first drove into the "Island".  We were told to look for the big clubhouse by the gold course.  Well, there were a lot of houses near the golf course which I thought were large enough to be clubhouses.  It turned out that they were just "regular" hou$e$.

To nap, not to nap.  -It's my last full day off here in Charleston, and, I'd really rather not sleep through it.  Hmm... Maybe just a cat nap.

Yes, I have.  And I'm even considering attending their French service on Sunday morning.  -I also seem to be fascinated by the church cemeteries here.  Some of the headstones and mausoleums are quite ornate and beautiful.  -Along with the whole sense of history and family.

More Charleston photos please.

I'm in the process of editing the boatload of photos I've taken over the past couple of weeks.  I also need to buy another external hard-drive since all those pictures have taken up lots of room on my MacBook's hard-drive.

DR Jose, the Corner Bakery on 84th and Broadway opened yesterday. Took them long enough! I passed it on my way back from the meeting with Mr Morgan but I did not stop in. Things are afoot.

I think I shall work on Mr Loesser's score for a while.

I sneezed once after surgery. Once.

About 10 years ago, I fractured a few ribs in a fall.  The tissues around the ribs swelled and caused my lungs to be compressed, so I was in quite a bit of pain.

My doctor gave me two types of drugs....one I could take during the day.  I could drive and still get along nicely as long as I was careful.  The other, I took at night.   DR Jane would have LOVED those pills.

At any rate, I was at work one day, standing at a file cabinet.  I pulled a file out of the drawer and immediately had the urge to sneeze.  So powerful was this urge that I didn't have time to "think" about it.

I dropped to my knees at the agony of it.  It took about five minutes for the pain to pass.

As for the PINK across the seat of her shorts, perhaps she's a huge fan of "Funny Face"!

She actually made BK "Think PINK", now didn't she!      ;D

The show Angry Housewives also has a song called "Think Positive," which has the line throughout, "Think positive, think perky, think pink!"

Or the singer Pink could have a line of clothing. ;)

I woke up this morning with so many things on my to-do list that I didn't even know where to begin. Then a crown fell out while I was eating breakfast. I guess that made my decision for me. Oy!

Off to find a dentist.

Yes, it is much easier to acquire things than to un-acquire them.

Editing the photos is a good way to re-live a nice experience DR JOSE.  Be sure to save a program so you can match the faces to names later on.

Well, I have a few more things to tidy up around here, and then I'm either going to take a nap or head out to Sullivan's Island - I think a walk on the beach would be a nice way to spend the afternoon.

Well, last night I went to see the first preview of Seattle's 5th Avenue production of Sunday in the Park With George, starring Hugh Panaro as George.  Visually, it was stunning!  The projections are so cool!  Vocally, it was wonderful!  Hugh Panaro has a great voice (and he's very nice to look at, too).  Billie Wildrick was Dot/Marie and did not copy Bernadette Peters.  I'd seen her in a show here in Olympia and one of the Village Theatre readings in Issaquah.  She's very good.  The rest of the cast was quite good, as well.  The only weak link was the Boatman/Dennis (this was a different doubling than the original).  He was lacking vocally (but not bad) and over-acted the Boatman a bit, but he was touching as Dennis and gave a different spin to him than Brent Spiner.  He's a Seattle local and the audience liked him.  Patti Cohenour was very good as Yvonne/Naomi Eisen.  I love her voice.  And the "Chromolume" effects were cool!  I can't even begin to describe it.  I wonder if it's how the London and Broadway versions (upon which this production were based) were done or if they created their own "vision."  I MUST SEE THIS SHOW AGAIN!! ;D

The best part was that my regular seat was the second row from the VERY back.  I went to the box office and asked if I could move closer (and pay the difference) and I was moved to row D, seat three...the fourth row!  It was INCREDIBLE being that close!  I never want to sit that far in the back again!

I got a TDF ticket for Next to Normal next Thursday, May 7th. I'm excited. I really liked it at Second Stage last year and I'm looking forward to this new production.

Now I just have to get a ticket for 9-5.
