Well, you've read the notes, the notes used The Think System, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home - they're using The Think System but it clearly isn't working.

Topic of the Day:  probably the best high school performance that I have ever seen (and it certainly was one of the best overall theatrical experiences that I've had) was a high school production of Quilters about 10 years ago.  I didn't know anything about the show, but it was just wonderful.  The I knew the director and a couple of the girls from community shows that I'd been in and it all just came together to be one very special show.

That's all that I can think of right now. :)

Did anyone know that if you click on the "Report to moderator" link at the bottom of each post, that it takes you to a page that says this:

Please note that your email address will be revealed to the moderators if you use this.

And then there's a box to add a message.  However, if you click on the "Report to moderator" link at the bottom of your own post, you get this message:

An Error Has Occurred!

You can't report your own post to the moderator, that doesn't make sense!

I accidentally clicked on it and found that out.  Who knew? ;D

Well, I need to get to bed early (earlier than usual ::)) so that I can wake up early, so that I can get to work early, so that I can leave work early, so that I can be on time to the first rehearsal for Romeo & Juliet!

I must listen to my weekend BBC programs and Donald has a program with music from shows that played at the Booth. Will he have selections from Next to Normal? I'll have to listen and find out.

No one is here.

Deb, I waved when the train went through Deer Park last night.

Post No. 10. That's all I can muster right now.

Gotta go and key those PRIs.

Thank you all for the compliments on my new headshot.  This afternoon or tomorrow afternoon it will go to my agency for their web directory.  I could use a few days of film work or commericals this year.  There must be some work available for a Martin Landau doing Bela Lugosi look-alike.

Bon Voyage and travel vibes for Birthday Twin DR JOSE.  I have enjoyed reading about your adventures in Charlotte - North Carolina, that is.

First rehearsal vibes for DR GEORGE.

My friend Marika lives in North Carolina, but I do not know if she is a member of that theatre, DR JOSE.  Are these names listed in the donor section of your program:

Marika Blades & Brian Martin.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........

Certainly Faye Dunaway's performance in MASTER CLASS was one of the best evenings in theatre I have ever seen.

Catching up from Saturday and Sunday (Still have to read the notes and all the postings for sunday)

But to answer the question about if any watch the TV special that starred Jason Gould's mother

I didn't after I found out that it was only 1 hr. I thought it was going to be the whole evening to reduce the a 2hr plus concert to 40 minutes including credits and "El Diablo" that didn't leave much for Jason's mom.

You ask a difficult question, BK.

There have been so many memorable stage productions that I've seen.

As a straight play, I would pick HUGHIE, not because I'm in love with the play, but because it gave me the opportunity to see Jason Robards perform O'Neill.

For essentially the same reason, my musical would be I DO!  I DO!.  How can one resist Mary Martin and Robert Preston?

And now it's time to head to the rehearsal studio. I need to drop off some things, say some goodbye's, and then the stage manager is taking me to the airport. My flight doesn't leave until 11:00, so I'm sure I'll post a post or two from the airport.

Laters...

Monday morning greetings!  I crashed pretty early last night and missed thanking DRs TCB, FJL, and JRand for their congrats to DH Richard.  Also, complimenting DR TCB on the very distinguished portrait!

TOD:

Hmmm...trying to decide between two shows, both Broadway musicals, both with the original casts:

PIPPIN -- because it opened my eyes to what is possible on stage through craft and ingenuity

A CHORUS LINE -- because it opened my eyes to what is possible on stage by simply revealing what's in one's heart.
