Well, you've read the notes, the notes were long and had a memory, and now it is time for you to post until the memorable cows come home.

PANDICULATE

A panda who speaks without grammatical errors?

That's stretching it.

I remember going to see a magic show, when I was a sprig of a twig.  The magician, whose name I forget, had a wonderful Chinese Ailuropodia, which he made appear and disappear at will, first in an elaborate cabinet, then in a trunk, then from behind a curtain that seemed to hover in mid-air, supported by nothing at all.  But, towards the end of the act, when the magician reached into a very large laquered vase, there was obviously something wrong.  The magician stalled for time, stretched the moment as long as he dared with patter, but it eventually became obvious to all of us in the audience - his assistant backstage had gotten his final PANDA CUE LATE.

Workies!

Good morning, all! I have to spend some time this morning on two important emails, one of them to the head of the Institute, about the BABES IN TOYLAND status. After that, a trip down to Toyland to accomplish some work and meet a friend for lunch. Then, back here for some work on THE MOST HAPPY FELLA.

DR FJL, I hope you got my PM last night?

Thursday morning greetings!  This morning I'm postin' and packin' for my trip to Ft. Wayne, IN, to shop at my very first Vera Bradley outlet sale.  My sister and one of her genealogy buddies are on their way from Michigan and we'll stay at La Salle Bed & Breakfast in the Hollywood Suite.

Today is the 6th Anniversary of my first appearance on

BBC Radio Wales Showtime

starring

Beverley Humphreys

While it hasn't been a consistent gig, I'm still very happy and proud to be connected with the show. I was last on this April 12 and hope that the remaining 6 reviews will be played sometime in the near future.

Danny Kaye in The Court Jester

Hawkins: I've got it! I've got it! The pellet with the poison's in the vessel with the pestle; the chalice from the palace has the brew that is true! Right?
Griselda: Right. But there's been a change: they broke the chalice from the palace!
Hawkins: They *broke* the chalice from the palace?
Griselda: And replaced it with a flagon.
Hawkins: A flagon...?
Griselda: With the figure of a dragon.
Hawkins: Flagon with a dragon.
Griselda: Right.
Hawkins: But did you put the pellet with the poison in the vessel with the pestle?
Griselda: No! The pellet with the poison's in the flagon with the dragon! The vessel with the pestle has the brew that is true!
Hawkins: The pellet with the poison's in the flagon with the dragon; the vessel with the pestle has the brew that is true.
Griselda: Just remember that.
