Sunday evening greetings!  Richard and I have been back from Lima for a few hours, but I had to take nap or I would never make it to the end of the Tony broadcast.  It's bad enough that my alarm now has to be set for 5:30am on Sundays - today I woke up at 4:30 and couldn't go back to sleep.

So, now I'm all refreshed and ready for the par-tay.

I'm watching the red carpet arrivals. Not compelling but fun to see since it's not broadcast here at all on local stations.

Hello all  - this mornong when we headed out for church my right  front wheel made some awful metal on metal sounds

After church I briough th ecar to the local mechanic (they just started being open on Sundays - probably due to the recession)  well nearly $800 later... new front bearings, brakes all around and a front right wheel hub ---

thank goodness for charge cards -- and there goes all my "discretionary spending" for the next few months  while I pay it off

I'm home! Woo and Hoo. There are all sorts of storms starting to pop up.  We came through bumpy weather landing in Omaha and it was really dark and rainy as I drove home.  But I'm here.  Think I'll go out and grab some milk and some take out, Not in the mood to cook tonight

But There's no place like home....there's no place like home....

The girls were actually meowing on the other side of the door when they heard me coming. They almost never do that. It was a very nice welcome home.

I just turned on the Tonys Red Carpet. I wonder if it will just continue through to the first awards. Or if i'll have to find another link.

I don't think i will be online after 8pm. But i will be on for the first hour!

They're still doing red carpet arrivals even though the awards are supposed to start at 7. Weird!

I thought the Tony Awards proper [with the creative awards] started online at 7:00 PM EDT, but so far the TonyAwards.com streaming link is more of the red carpet.
