DR MattH - Patrick Labyorteaux - or "Laborteaux" as he was sometimes billed - was also on "Little House on the Prairie". His brother, Matthew, was also on the series.
I never watched the show, so that's interesting. Thanks for the info. I had never heard of him until I started reviewing the seasons of JAG on DVD (didn't watch the show when it was being broadcast), so I had no idea he had been a child actor.
Hmm.. I'm just reading the Wikipedia on the Brothers Laborteaux. It says that Matthew is the "adopted brother" of Patrick. But then it also says that Patrick was adopted too - and was, in fact, labeled "unadoptable". So... I'm guessing they were both adopted, but were they related before they were adopted? The whole "adopted brother" phrase is confusing me.
*Btw, I used to have a crush on Matthew. And I still remember that episode of "Little House" when his character, Albert Ingalls, ended up with a drug addiciton - morphine, I believe - and they devoted an episode to him going through detox. It was the first time I saw someone vomit on TV. -I'm guessing bk missed that episode.
