Btw, DR jane are you still loving THE GOOD WIFE?
No, that's the best part--just a goodly lawn area that we can easily fence for a dog run. The rest is farmland or just native grasses/bushes. This all may be premature as I haven't actually been inside yet and the place may be a wreck. Plus it's not very close to any bus stops for Betsy's work commute which may necessitate some marital negotiating.

A possible idea, JMK: Perhaps you could replace the koi with some native fish. Maybe even an endangered species of fish.

I think DR GINNY has the answer to what ails us.
My mother used to distribute them when I was a young un' as part of the work with the American Legion and VFW. You put a donation in a canister and got a poppy.
Dr. Ruth was at the conference in Toronto. She knows my DH; in fact, she refers to him whenever she sees him as "that big one." I will leave you to draw your own conclusions.
As for egg salad: It's all about the proper ratio of chopped, boiled eggs to mayo. The mayo should really just bind all the ingredients together, not drown them. -Although, some people do prefer a "wetter" egg salad.*And it's always puzzled me whenever I order an egg salad sandwich - or tuna or chicken salad sandwich for that matter - and it's prepared with additional mayo on the bread.
