You're right. That is the most important.

Or I could go to Starbucks and take advantage of the free WiFi for a while (since it's not free at the hotel.  -Well, it is free in the hotel in the lobby, but not in the room.  -And since I can only access the internet during the evening, it's not worth the $9.95 a day to me.)

LOST SPOILER FROM THIS WEEK

*
*
Personally, I was more than glad to see the two characters who were killed in last week's LOST bite the dust.  Especially the "assistant," my least favorite performance since Daniel Faraday.

Can you try to remember to put spoiler space. Or at least write the word LOST on the line before you write the spoiler.  Not everybody watches it on Tuesdays.

DR Jennifer - Today is Thursday.

You're welcome, DR Ginny.  -About how many people did you end up hearing, watching?

I'd guess we saw about 60 - we got there about halfway through a group, saw the next entire group, and left about halfway through the next.  We were there long enough to be pretty impressed with the organization and a lot of the talent.  Please thank April for being so nice to us!

I just read the story of a family that left Haiti after the earthquake to live near their son in Chili.  Physically they are fine.

I have also started booking next season's Rave in the Nave.  I have already snagged Portland's biggest ever pop-rock stars (I'll let you guess who they may be), and have now gotten a commitment from one of the west coast's biggest jazz stars, who calls Portland home.  It's amazing how easy it is to book A-list talent when you offer them a lot of money.  ;)

Hello from Louisville!  After observing DR Jose at work, we met my friend Karen for lunch and then headed west.  We stopped in Frankfort, the capitol of Kentucky, and arrived here about an hour ago.

More pictures soon!

Thanks for the pix. It's a little like old home week.

I also watched another newish dvd this week, ALL ABOUT STEVE, with Sandra Bullock. I really like her. And i loved her in THE PROPOSAL.

I'm not 100% sure they chose the right ending. But I really liked it. I thought she was very funny. As was Bradley Cooper (her co-star).

I believe Sandra Bullock is nominated for a Razzie for her performance in ALL ABOUT STEVE.

I believe you're right. The previews did not make it out to be a piece of art, or even a likable piece of fluff. I'm gonna say no to that one.

...or maybe it did all happen--in a world strangely like ours, but not like ours.  A world not unlike our own, but skewed.  A world where Debra Messing is coming back to TV in a new series.

Um, wait a minute--that's actually happening in our world...

Er, imagine, if you would, a world where Debra Messing is NOT coming back to TV in a new searies (at least not in this coming season...)

I was wondering if one of you old-timers would mention them or The Kingsmen.   ;D

Jennifer, upset as in concerned to why a teenage girl is inviting someone she doesn't know.

I suppose I could also wonder why I have so many friends I don't know-lol.  People write me and/or invite me because of Sherlock's photo on my avatar ;D.  Actually I have made some interesting FB friends with Bernese Mountain Dogs, and other friends through my pet connections.

IF you know that she is a lovely girl, then why doesn't she know you?

That's what I was wondering :D

I am back from many errands and whatnot.  Teddy did his usual wonderful work.  I told him he was in the book, so that's two books he's in this year, as he's also in Raquel Welch's about to come out book - I read her section on him.  And as I read a few other paragraphs, I realized that my book is a little different than these other sorts of things.

I had to deal with recasting a couple of roles due to conflicts - I really am quite bored with LA actors right now.  And then I was starving so I went and had a sandwich and fries and proofed two more chapters of the book, finding a few nitpicky things that I hadn't caught, and adding one little thing to Teddy's section - just a little about whose hair he's done over the years.
