Jane, I hear you - I just don't understand it is all. If you can make posts on Facebook, why can't you at least respond to someone here and tell them what's what? Why is that difficult? I understand people go through things, but since his posts on Facebook have the monkey and he's all over town I assume that nothing is wrong. I suppose it will become clear at some point.

We went out briefly for dinner at Richard's favorite Lima place - Kewpie. It's a burger joint where he can get a burger with cheese and olives

I had a fish sandwich and a lemonade slush that gave me brain freeze.

We are in for the night and he's STILL working!

The post/photos on FB are sent from his phone & he is done. It takes very little effort if you know what you are doing. Posting here needs time to make a personal connection. It is possible the only emails he is collecting are work related.

The news said last night's tornados were EF4. That's really strong. There were 225 hogs killed. Is it bad that my first thought was that pigs were flying?

Some people who come in the book store need to be knocked to the ground.....and if they knew how close they were getting to receiving said treatment, they would shut their damned mouths......

I just go and sit in the office - and they can stand at the door all day if they want, and fold their arms, and speak to no one in particular.....I have said all I am going to say.

And when they leave, I always tell my nephew Danny the same thing: "Another satisfied customer."

TOD - in the short term, I'd buy or rent us a "second home" here in Lima, because I'm getting a little tired of the Fairfield Inn. In the longer term, I'd buy a small apartment in NYC, because that's where I'd really like to be spending more time.
