The relatives have arrived and are rather tired, so it's going to be a low key day. Good thing as tomorrow we leave at 5:00am for LA and Disneyland.

I think I understand what they are saying.
If women drank 5 glasses of water a day without crystal light, then women who drink crystal light will drink 6 glasses of water a day. That is supposing that those women did not drink water prior to drinking water with crystal light.
