All packages have postage on them.  I overnighted the masters for our next release (following the show release by a week) to the mastering guy and everything's up to date in Kansas City and environs.  I think our next soundtrack release will do very well because it's two scores on one CD - both scores were available on CD separately and were limited editions that sold out INSTANTLY - so I think this will make some people annoyed and more people very happy, including some folks on this here site.

Packaging for the show release is approved - it's a twelve-page booklet with extensive liner notes and a lot of great photos.  The previous release had no notes and no production photographs - so this is a major step up both packaging-wise and mix-wise.

Possibly too graphic of a post, or a possible SPOILER of your lunch.

I have decided that my DD (dear doctor), probably studied medicine at a meat packing plant.  This is by far, the most painful attack of MRSA I have had.  Well, the attack in itself was painful enough; but once the "local" that the doctor's gave me wore off, I was in a great deal of pain all night long.  The doctor has to open the infection so it can drain, and it certain did drain.

At four a.m. I knew that I wasn't going to go to work.  As soon as I can, I will be trying to change the bandages, and then go to the grocery store.

~~~Continued Vibes for DR TCB!!~~~
DR TCB - ~~~~~VIBES~~~~~VIBES~~~~~VIBES~~~~~~
Could you possibly see another doctor this afternoon? Or maybe even pay a visit to an ER if needed? Are you able to take any sort of meds to alleviate the pain?
Thanks, Jose.  Once I get back from the store, I can take a pain pill.  But I won't take one until I have finished driving for the day.
Actually, I kid about my doctor.  He has been my doctor for over twenty years from the good times through the bad.  I call him "the butcher" to his face.
Somehow...this does not surprise me. ;)
Does anybody on the board live in (or close to) Chicago?
If so...and this is subject to my getting plane & hotel reservations...It looks like I will be signing books at Ray Court's Hollywood Collector's Show in Chicago by O'Hare Airport on September 25-26.
If that happens, I'd like to meet ya' all.
Oh, My God! I'm starting to talk like a Texan.
We have returned from the grocery store.  I have made a no-salt meatloaf using extra lean ground beef - just put it in the oven and Richard will cook the corn-on-the-cob to go with it.
It has been raining on and off all day, which is fine; except for the fact that it feels like Fall in the air.
I used to get acid reflux all the time because of a hiatal hernia. It seems that caffeine was the cause, so I quit that (my staff never forgave me for the reign of terror that ensued for a couple of weeks while it worked its way out of my system). I have been able to eat some chocolate since, which is great because dark chocolate is one of my favorite, favorite foods. But if I eat too much of that on occasion, I will still get reflux pains. Not fun.
Dark chocolate is easier to tolerate than mild chocolate.  You are lucky you could control it with diet instead of meds.
Thanks, Ginny.
I am really fine, I just wasn't expecting the pain and the drain.
Do you think that the delay in getting drained made it more painful then usual?
