I then had a nice long conversation with a kind TSA representative.  I was asked lots of detail about my appearance so I can be found on their videoto confirm who the bully was .  The woman I spoke to was shocked at some of the things he said & I of course had the right to request a hand inspection.  I should hear back from her in a few days-hope so.

If I ever need to request a supervisor and am bullied again I need to be vocal about my request so others can hear me.

OCR is Optical Character Recognition--you can convert scanned JPEGS of documents into Word documents and edit them.

I must admit JR that St. Joseph is indeed still in the yard of the old house--I completely forgot to dig him up once we converted to a rental.  So hopefully he is still working his magic.

My favorite image utility is IrfanView.  It's free and safe and versitile.

Three people now who are not happy about my treatment.  They get enough flack for just doing their job & don't need outrageous incidents like this.

THe only warning I would give about IrfanView, DR JRand, is to carefully select which file types for which it will become the default program.  I just use it to open images, but it can handle most text and music files, too.

Did anyone else watch NIGHT TIDE on TCM last night?  Interesting little film with a very young Dennis Hopper, though it could have just as easily have been an episode from an hour long mystery anthology show.   But I loved its David Raksin score.  I wonder if there's a soundtrack...

I am back from my Loesser meeting and I've sent my complaint to NJ Transit so I guess I've created enough trouble for one day.

I watched AIRPORT 77 last night......the one with the big airliner crashing in the Bermuda Triangle and sinking to the bottom.....

Brenda Vacarro and Pamela Bellwood had a short 2 minute scene that was worth all the scenery chewing Miss Lee (Watch Me Work My Method) Grant did in the rest of the movie.....  My guess is that there were cheers in the theatre when Miss Grant met her soggy demise.....well, her double anyway....wearing Lee's rings.

I had a client, Christopher Lee, in that movie.

I noticed yesterday that my Christmas cactus has little buds on it, so that can mean only one thing:  Thanksgiving is coming!

So does mine!  I got it as a gift when I moved into the new office, I wasn't sure it would bloom, but it looks like it's going to

Busy morning.  Printing lots of orders, banking, picking up Xerox, and shipping CDs.  Helper is finishing up the latter and I will now burn CDs.  And we just got confirmation of a special guest for our December show - Bruce Vilanch - he'll be doing one number with Jason Graae.

Been waiting since 10:30 for an immigraiton hearing.  It's getting ridiculous.  I may have to call again to be sure they are going to call us.
