I want to record the shows, just in terms of having a video record, but we're always so in the moment that I never have time to arrange it.

Also, forgot to mention that our very own Amy and Mark were there.

I went to All That Chat the other night and Norton kept telling me that my PC was being attacked.

Norton the Anti-virus, that is.

I suppose we could do a best of recording - we'll see how it goes.  Then again, we may, this year, even do a best-of show - a song or two from each of the shows - that would be fun and if I have the lead time we might be able to record that live.

DR Elmore - traffic seems to be moving fine on Central Avenue.  Yes, I do like at-home vacations, but I'm still a little bummed about not waking up in Charleston, SC, this morning.

I understand, but after Canton, OH, what joys can Charleston provide?

Shrimp 'n' grits!

DR Ron - since we're not going to Charleston this trip, will we be able to get shrimp 'n' grits in Savannah?

Trying to confirm - is SPIDER-MAN's Reeve Carney related to Art Carney (the original Norton)?

Good Afternoon!

Well... Since I had walked from the subway stop to the cruise terminal to board the Queen Mary 2, I went ahead and walked from the cruise terminal to the subway after I disembarked.  Thankfully, my trek this time was not quite as "adventurous". -Details to follow.

Thanks for all the Welcome Back's.  It really is great to be back home in New York City.

Alas, I missed another snow storm.  Hmm... I wonder if they only happen now when I leave town... Hmmm... ;)

And I've already unpacked my luggage, put away all my clothes and sorted through my mail and email. -Which means I can take a nap later this afternoon. :)

DR Ginny - While I was waiting to disembark, I ended up chatting with a couple from Vandalia who used to be elementary school teachers in Dayton.  They both taught for 25 years.  The wife mentioned she was active with the Muse Machine program.  -And it turned out that I know some of the students she's mentored over the years. :)

I guess the tone of last night's memorial and thus presidential speech was a bit controversial, as it had the pundits talking this morning.
Yes, putting the needs of the people in pain and mourning is always controversial. Sadly.

Circa 1860 is another goodie. Heck, the food's all good there. Lowcountry lovies.
