The French journalist and his assistant have amassed amazing details about my father.  They really need to go into business with Keith, they could make a killing in the genealogy market.  :)

I've lost 12 pounds now.  My fat clothes fit me again.  That's a relief. More to lose, but at least I don't have to buy a bigger size that my fat clothes

You can come visit Jane.  There is a really good little bar / restaurant that has Fish and Chips as their Friday special, and they are happy to switch the regular fries to sweet potato fries.

Sounds yummy, except for the breaded fish. :)


The fish is lightly breaded right there at the restaurant.  It is all very fresh.

Side dishes.  Hmm, now you are getting into my danger zone.  I enjoy desserts as well as the next man (or woman), but it is the strarches that hang around my belt line.

Noodles Romanoff
Rice Pilaf
Edith Pilaf
macaroni and shrimp salad (mine)
Most vegetables (except squah or Belgian Sprouts)
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Turkey dressing with gravy
Macaroni and cheese
Spanish rice
Refried beans
Most all pastas

Mark made barbecued ribs tongiht and he served them with homemade potato salad and green beans and tomatoes (with pine nuts and bacon).  For dessert he served Blueberry Cheescake.
