Correction--it's no longer snowing like the Dickens in Conshohocken, PA.  It's not snowing at all, at the mo'.

You are about half an hour from where we used to live.

Vibes for Joshie.

Just got off the phone with Dad. Mom has been up a couple of times but hasn't done much. Still in pain but the pills are working their magic.

I feel like such a putz this morning.

Last night, I went to our annual HOA meeting to express my concern on a couple of issues.

I wound up being elected to the Board.

 :-\

 :'(

LOL! That's how I got put in charge of the Christmas pageant costumes for next year!

;D to both of you.

Ok. Good enough news for now. A steroid shot and a recheck in a month to see if it helps.

Do you know what steroid they used?

Our Bosco received shots for years with great success.  Granted she eventually got diabetes from them but had she not had the shots we wouldn't have had her for all those extra years.  Since I don't remember the official name of what she had I can't say for sure it was exactly what Joshie has.  It was similar.

I had great news this morning, that a Kritzerland project that I thought would take quite a while to be approved (it involves a studio that has a VERY slow approvals process) has been approved and it only took a week, which is totally amazing.  So, that becomes our next release.

On this beautiful sunny day Keith & Craig are outside doing yard work.  Yogi is in the dog run howling pathetically protesting being left behind. ;D

It's time to head down to City Center and meet with Rob Berman.

There's been no feedback from my emal so we'll wait for fallout later. I expect there will be several meetings among the powers-that-be before I hear anything.

I do not have another reading lined up, I have video taped it. So i will watch it carefully to see what worked and what didn't. I don't want to make too many changes based on this reading. But instict tells me that the the monologues that open each scene need to be shorten, the running joke about the house in WeHo needs to be halted.

Yep.  As I recall, you used to live in the same town where one of my first Internet ISPs, Earthlink, was headquartered.

That could be sung to the tune of Donovan's "Mellow Yellow".

Ouch.

Good morning, all! Thanks to an unsettling email from California last night I hardly slept. I was a night of tossing, turning, thoughts of what to write, a few vague dreams. Sometime after 2am I fell asleep, to be wide awake around 4. I think I was awake unti the sun rose before passing out again, and when I looked up it was 9:15. So, I have to spend my day drafting a short repl, acknowledging the email's receipt. answering a few questions and promising a longer response to follow in a few days when I have more cogent thoughts.  This seems a smarter plan than my initial thought last night of "Drop dead," although my frustration with one of my jobs has a lot to do with my initial reaction.

So, that will be some of my day. I have to be at City Center tonight at 6pm for a meeting with Rob Berman abpout WHERE'S CHARLEY? for Encores. I will fill the time fretting about the email and the missing check from my other major job and how it's affecting my health insurance.

It must have been a truly horrifying e-mail.  Is MBarnum coming to visit?

For oldies I like to see the trailer and (usually) enjoy a commentary if the participant is truly knowledgeable and/or the original cast/crew are involved.

Another question for BK:  when will Kritzerland release its next cast album...if it's not the project that just got approved?

Two major early scores by a great film composer.

We're trying to decide whether to release the next cast album this coming Monday or to wait and announce the cast album and the soundtrack at one time.  I think we'll probably do that because for people who want both they save money on shipping.

I wrote about eight pages this morning and finished the penultimate chapter.  Then I had the lunch meeting with the twelve-year-old singer and her mother.  We're going to put together an act for her.  I didn't know what to think about it when they came to me, but the more I pondered the more I began to think that it would really be fun and very unique.  So, I said yes.
