Well, damnation! I have to make the schlep to Water Street because the asses at Health Plan of New York have not processed my check of July 22 and the check of August 3 is sitting somewhere in priority mail limbo because they haven't visited their post box. Color me really pissed. So I have to given them a third check today. To add insult to injury my bank is charging me $30 to stop payment. God damn them all to hell.

After a very busy morning, I am being kind of lazy.  But at least I'm feeling guilty about it.

DR Laura, if you took me to a dentist and I woke up with all of my teeth gone, I'd be pissed too1

Me too, Elmore. But his mouth was badly infected. Now it will all heal. Most cats end up being put down for stomatitis. I just have to get Joshie to understand that.

Larry, have you looked into online banking? I was slow to do it, but it is VERY convenient for last-minute bill-paying.

I'd like to see someone like Richard Branson, someone with a real entrepreneurial approach, establish a credit card company WITHOUT all the hidden traps and fees. I believe that American business has lost its way. I'd like that to become an example for ALL of American business. Hear that, Jamie Dimon?

Well we have had six people commit and the QUIT our stage crew.....we are down to two - and so I have to make some set changing assignments to the cast.....

I do not think they will mind, but it's not my favorite thing to do.

I've done so many shows where the actors are choreographed to move sets and pieces off and on that it's almost strange for me when I don't have to do it.

TOD:

CD - I just finished the audiobook version of Ann Patchett's The Magician's Assistant narrated by Karen Ziemba.  The characters were interesting, but not much happened and the ending was very abrupt.  Karen does a great job, especially with the Midwestern accent.

DVD - we have some Big Bang Theory episodes to watch while we eat pizza tonight.
