I decided that I might feel better if I actually prepared something for dinner, instead of just nuking something  I thought I would make a tuna pasta salad.  Real tough, huh?  I am exhausted, and I am only half way thru making the salad.  I had to start by washingall the pots and bowls that I wanted to use.  I could only wash them if I was sitting.  I think this was a big mistake.

Is Hazel off today?

Yep, Mrs. B gave her the day off without telling me.

I really want to go to Spain.
Well, I've never been to Spain
But I kinda like the music...
Say the ladies are insane there
And they sure know how to use it;
They don't abuse it
Never gonna lose it
I can't refuse it.

The Seattle Seahawks have defeated the Baltimore Ravens!  Only their third victory.

THE AMAZING RACE is going to be late tonight.

Probably not for everyone.  Maybe just the folks in Baltimore.

Oh wait, I spent one entire day in Majorca, besides my three hours in the Barcelona airport.

Don't tell BK, this is probably sacrilege, but I think I am going to dice some dill pickles into my salad.

Majorca looks beautiful.  I would find it frustrating to spend 3 hours in Barcelona & not see the city.

Well, I couldn't see the city, because it was only 5:00 in the morning.

I wonder how DR ELMORE is doing down in La Bahamas?

Why is Elmore in the Bahamas?  I thought the show was in North Carolina?

Thank you, DRs Vixmom and JMK!  The birthday boy is watching some Masterpiece Theatre story that has a great cast but a plot that I can't follow.

Back from Falsettos and dinner.  I will admit freely I bailed after act one as did Adryan.  I am simply not a fan of the show's director, who works a lot and whose work I always find boring, derivative, and uninteresting, and actually I'm not that big a fan of the March of the Falsettos part of the evening - I find the character of Marvin to be so unlikeable (especially as played in this production) that I just don't see the point of it - I also find Mr. Finn's music and lyrics repetitious and not that interesting, although there are some good numbers.  Cast worked hard but wasn't really up to the material - and the director is just very stock and amateur - and uses Mr. Lapine's chairography a little too much for my taste.  It also had choreography by some guy who was in Movin' Out on B'way - way too busy, way too fussy, and totally not right for this show.
