I always swim with goggles. I can't swim without them. My eyes would burn just from the regular chlorine.

My eyes are still bothering me. They usually do only not like this. The pool is mostly saline with a little chlorine. It isn't until I go in the whirlpool hot tub my eyes are bothered. Today it began as soon as I put my face in the pool. I'm considering getting a mask with with a corrected lens & a snorkel. I see people using them in the lap lanes all the time & they say it is easier on their backs or whatever bothers them. Personally I want to build up my ability to breathe longer under water but maybe I need to do that when I'm not using the lap lanes.

I had food poisoning 1 year ago last week and I never really recovered from it. So the diagnosis was Ulcerative colitis .

I did a little more reading about the exclusion diet and I am going back to my doctor.

I had a very bad day today.
