Dinner at The Bristol was amazing!
We just ended up ordering a slew of "small plates" to share, and then ended up with a little too much food on the table since some of the "small" plates ended up not being that small at all.
Broccoli Tempura - What a stunner of an appetizer! Great taste, perfect combination of textures. The crunch!
Monkey Bread - They do a savory version with Parker Roll house dough that's served with Dill Butter.
Duck Fat Fries - Truly my favorite version of a new sort of "standard" side dish. And their aioli and homemade ketchup were the perfect accompaniments.
Mexican Style Corn - It was prepared "elote" style. Grilled, then drizzled with butter, cotija cheese, parsley and cilantro.
A great cheese plate.
Three amazing pastas: Ricotta Gnocchi with Crisp Bacon, Zucchini and Mint; Fresh Chitarra with Shrimp, Red Pepper Flakes, Egg Yolk Raviolo with Brown Butter.
