I began a soup diet the week before Christmas. I discovered these Dr McDougall soups at Whole Foods Market. I'd never heard of them before and had WF carried them I know I would have seen them. They're really good! So I stocked up and now I have vegetable soup for at least one meal each day. Yummy, easy, nutritious, and low in fat and carbs. I love soup, so this really works for me. No weight loss yet, but I wasn't expecting any so soon. I'm eating out less, too, so I'm saving $$$.
