Had a very irritating call with Ontrac - they just profess not to care that our driver has arbitrarily made us his last commercial stop of his day (package STILL isn't there, even though another amazon package IS there and was delivered via UPS by one). I told his whiny woman that seven months ago I obviously had made a difference, since the yahoo who is our delivery person began switching it up and getting there earlier occasionally - I should probably have just gone directly to a supervisor as I'd done last time, and I may call back tomorrow and do exactly that. She suggested complaining to amazon since they've given Ontrac from eight to five to deliver to commercial addresses. I told her my complaint was with Ontrac because they've obviously chosen the five rather than the eight. I then did call Amazon and got a nice fellow on the phone and told him I was kind of at the end of my rope. He's going to file a complaint about this with his superiors - he said he didn't know how much control they'd have over Ontrac and I explained to him with the kind of money they're throwing at Ontrac they have nothing BUT control. But I said, just ship all my stuff by UPS and we'll never have a problem - don't know that that can happen, but he's noted that wish in my account profile.
