BK, did I misunderstand?  For some reason, I thought you had said that after we post we would be taken back to where we had been.  I  guess that was wishful thinking.

Please be specific.  Where do you go after you post.  You should end up right back where you were and see the post you just made.  Is that not happening.  I believe that function was made universal and that I would have heard about it had that not been the case.

I also thought that you had said that when we quote a post that we would go back to that page not to the last page where are new post now appears.

It's never ever been like that - you're always taken to the last post, which is the one you just made.  That hasn't changed on this board.

That said, you should look in your look and layout or preferences and see if there's something to check there that would allow that, although all I know is on the old board you were never taken back to a post you quoted unless it was just the post prior to your most recent.

Well if this doesn't take the handle offen the pump....as T. Ernie Ford would say.  This is very nice.  I am still trying things out.

This calls for a celebration!

Mikey, I love your new gown!

But it kind of clashes with my shiny party hat.

Mike Shayne posted that he could only hear a portion of the radio show - I said earlier that Donald had only posted a portion as a test, so please, it's not a problem.  We're only looking for problems to report.  Donald will be posting a full show this evening at some point.

Seeing who's online is definitely set up correctly and that list is at the bottom of the home page of the discussion board - I keep saying that but no one goes and looks.

It's under "Forum Stats" and says "Users Online" - seems pretty simple.  Again, this new board doesn't seem to have the option we used to have to see who's online in a specific topic - that used to be at the top of the page, but having just looked at all the board preferences, that one is no longer there.

I'm afraid the spell-check will take so much character out of Vixmom's posts. Maybe we'll have to ask her not to use it. Her typing is a HHW running gag.

that spellingthisng ishjust for peopel weho cnaPT YTYUPE i CANNot imagine I willever needto use it

Here's my review

Quote
Adriana's on the Case Again and Boy am I Glad She Is!, May 30, 2013

This review is from: Murder at the School Musical (Hardcover)

Murder at the High School musical, the latest installment in the Adriana Hofstetter mystery series is truly a delight. Adriana once again finds herself in the middle of a mystery and isn't going to be happy until it's solved. This time one of the stars in the school musical, The Music Man, disappears and no one has a clue what happened to her. You're in for a great ride as Adriana chases down leads and searches for the answers. For those who haven't read any other books in the series, Adriana is a quirky modern day Nancy Drew who you just can't help but love. Bruce Kimmel does a great job of telling the Adriana mystery tales without the sex and bad language found in so many books these days. It's a great read for everyone from junior high through adult. Whether you loved Nancy Drew or read all of "The Cat Who....." You'll love Adriana Hofstetter mysteries. I highly recommend them all.

Very nice Cilla!!

Why is it so hard for someone to go to the home page of this board, scroll to the bottom and tell me if they see Users Online?

I out of town guests have just crossed the border from California into Oregon.  They should be here very soon.  I won't be able to post much while they are here.

Then tell them they can't move in with you.

Ok now I've done my first modify.  ;D

Whoa!  I am giving this site too many new powers.  I thought it said, "I've done my first nudity.
