Well, you've read the notes, the notes struck your fancy and your fancy said nothing, and now it is time for you to post until the fancy cows come home.

Good Morning.  Time for Sugar and me to go for a walk (or so she tells me).  And since it's Saturday, maybe I can get back to sleep for a bit afterward.  Or not.

Good morning, all!

I have a day to myself, with only household chores and errands, and I look forward to it. Tomorrow, I'll head down to Toyland, go through all of the orchestra parts and check that each is complete and properly taped. I'll pack them for shipment on Monday.

I have to tidy, put some things away, and vacuum. A trip to the market is a good possibility.

I don't know what else I will be doing today, but I know that I shall be procuring some pickles and some olives.

And, a propos of nothing, when will this vintage production of Bernstein's Mass be released on DVD?

Saturday morning greetings!  Richard is in beautiful Oxford, OH, this morning rehearsing with the Miami University Men's Glee Club alumni for tonight's concert.  They're performing in a tent on Slant Walk and it may be too hot for me to attend...

We watched Mel Brooks' DRACULA, DEAD AND LOVING IT last night.

It had some funny moments, but need a few more gags.

The funniest scene was between Peter McNichol and Harvey Korman at the breakfast table when McNichol (as Renfield) is trying to hide the fact that he's eating insects.

Great photos from the concert, Cillaliz.

It does look as if he has paid a visit to the Rob Lowe doctor from "Behind the Candelabra."

But as long as he sings the same ...

Good morning... I'm back on the west coast.  A little disoriented, but that will pass. Our flight out of Orlando was delayed almost 3 hours because of weather in Chicago, so we didn't get in until after midnight.   The DD was very happy to see me as I was him.  A few days to get oriented, then I'm back on the road to So Cal and a 4-day cruise to Mexico.

Pickles procured.

The Town Assessor called to schedule an appraisal appointment for this morning. I waited around, but they stood me up! I hate it when that happens.
