I agree with you. That said, he may not be taking the approach of the original. It sounds like he wants a rewritten book and the chance to make a whole new Company.

It's unnecessary, I know. And it could lead to something horrible, like, say, "On a Clear Day ..." II.

Back from a nice lunch with Adryan Russ, who's assisting me on the revue. I feel better now about our rehearsal sched, which should work out fine if everyone works hard and if I can keep to the schedule we've made - which means I'd start blocking on next Thursday and be finished with the basics of that by Sunday.
