Now that we can get married in Oregon, I am hoping that George Clooney will give up the silly idea of getting hitched to that girl, and finally accept my proposal.

That woman will do nothing but make his life miserable, and that is my job!

;D

I wasn't surprised he is engaged to her.  With his previous girlfriends he didn't look happy with them, with this one he did.

Yeah, but they aren't married yet....we'll see if he actually goes through with it

I'm making a quiche for the first time.  Just threw ingredients in to a pie crust ... looks overloaded, but smells delish!!  Still in the oven.  Left over green beans/potatoes, soy italian sausage (SOOO good) and some kale, eggs and a pie crust - really, how could you go wrong?

Last night I went to the high school graduation of my young client from Guatemala who we have sort of adopted.  He was so excited. It was fun just to be there.   After graduation a group of us walked across the street from the arena to Perkins, he was so excited he never took off his cap and gown the whole evening.  Well, when he went to eat and the tassel started to get in his food, he did take the cap off.  It was so cool to see how proud he was.  It was a great night

I won't be sorry if Amy and Derek win, they have done amazing things. But I love Maks and Meryl together and I'd love to see them win. They got all my votes

Sunday I ripped out the roots of some dead bushes and planted spirea and put down some mulch.  Still lots of landscaping to do, but I'm going to take one little area at a time so it feels more doable. I also planted some flowers in pots.  Lots of snapdragons.   I love snapdragons

I am staying home over the holiday weekend and doing yard work and/or finishing the room I started redoing right before my car accident 2 years ago.  I'm finally able to do all this stuff

There was someone who sang tonight on DWTS and I didn't understand one word she sang.   Why would I want to listen to that?

Watching Casino for the first time. Really irritated by all of the narration. There's more narration than action, even with Joe Pesci committing heinous acts every few minutes. Wish they'd shut up. It's like watching one of those movies for the blind where they tell you everything that's happening.

I've got my contacts in, which at the moment aren't focusing so perfectly, and I thought DR Laura said she had spent a lovely couple of days out of town looking for brides.

If DR Vixmom had posted she was out looking for brides, you would have understood she meant birds.

you can never  tell with Vixmom,  it could mean ANYTHING!

I wish you the best of luck, Mike!  I will, of course, be very jealous and envious of your impending nuptials.

;D

I am sorry to disappoint you, Mike, but I have first dibs.... and really why would he want that skinny, beautiful , rich, intelligent woman  when he could have this

Due to some paperwork snafu, I will not likely be able to walk the stage at graduation. If that happens, I may not go to upstate New York as planned. I'll still get the degree.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!
