I best get to bed - there seems to be this rather inane and quite sudden windstorm outside - really irritating and I want it to stop.

"I can't seem to forget you, the windstorm stays on my mind" - that should be the tagline for a commercial

Good morning, all!  I am meeting mt director friend DJ at 10:00 to see INTO THE WOODS. I don't like the show, so I hope I like the film version.

I have nothing to report beyond that.  When I get home, I will putter about the apartment, watch some TV and God knows what.

I spent last evening singing for the people and then tripping home in near exhaustion.

This morning there will be more singing for the people, and then nothing, NOTHING, is planned for the rest of the day. I can't wait!

I really enjoyed reading about the doings of the DO, and of course seeing the photographic evidence.        :)

Wonderful pictures of the Do.  The Do is done.  The Do did what the Do does.  So did the Duke.  And the Doge, if you must know.  Long live the Do!

Looking forward to a full report on the movie, DR Elmore.  You will be a hard grader on this one, and that is all for the good.

Last night, my parents and I went to a service so overstuffed with music that it was close to two hours long. Then we played dominos before heading off to bed. I wasn't sleppy, so I read the last 60 pages of Ethan Mordden's Broadway Babies.

This is a far cry from the usual Ho Ho Hootch party I go to in Texas.

It's a drizzly day in Centereach. We will be having dinner at Anthony's aunt and uncle later in the day and then a video chat w/my family in Minnesota. That's the plan for the day.

Here is a picture of my Christmas present, a beautiful "eco-friendly" watch. It needs no battery as long as it's exposed to light, natural or artificial. I love it.

I enjoyed reading about the do and seeing the photos.  Most excellent.

DR TCB's HHW Christmas poem was also most excellent.
