DR GEORGE.....I use Mozilla Thunderbird as the POP email for my COMCAST email, because the COMCAST is very unwieldy.

It's easy to set up, and is one of the few POP email servers still available.

Thank you, Elmore. I agree a lot with you. But Last Midnight is a vast improvement over Boom, Crunch, the first song in that slot. Boom may be the worst Sondheim song I've ever heard.

Today after Mass, the DD and I went to the family brunch and present-opening extravaganza. Much brunch food was consumed as well as home baked cookies - maybe too many of those. Home now, the DD is asleep on the bed which I believe he will be there until the morning.

We are back from a nice and quiet evening with Anthony's aunt and uncle. The video chat did not go well there mainly because we could not get into his uncle's network. His uncle is older and not quite sure about all that "wifi" stuff and he didn't know his password so we couldn't get on to a secure strong network. When we returned here I was able to skype with the family and it went very well. We all saw each other and we didn't have to play pass the phone!

It's been a long day and we have another day of "visitin'" tomorrow so I will soon be in bed

I recall hearing of it, but I simply have no visual memory of it. The Studio Drive-in, yes; I remember it well. In high school I had a boyfriend who lived on Bundy a few blocks south of Santa Monica Blvd (and a few blocks north of Olympic), yet i still can't recall it. Was it gone by then, Bruce?

I was interested in Elmore's take on INTO THE WOODS. I'm one of those who just couldn't get into the show and thought maybe the movie would help. Now that I've read Elmore's review I'll definitely see it.

We are back from a lovely afternoon/evening in Cincinnati. It was nice to visit with Richard's brother and his wife, her sister, and their good friend Diane. Rob called from Michigan while we were there and got to say HI to everyone via speaker.

We came home to a very hungry and lonely kitty.
