I like the woman who does the commercials for POPEYE'S CHICKEN.  She is very personable.

Interesting about the ANNIE notation from DR ELMORE.  I can hardly wait until I see that in a score, and I can show something more than my ignorance.

Well it turns out I broke two teeth  the top one opposing the molar I knew of also is missing a bit.  The bottom one was fixed and the top one  will be addressed next Saturday

I have no idea what the bill will be because they don't take our insurance but we'll figure it out somehow

Yeow!  How did you do that in the first place?

Oh no.  Wait a minute.  Did this happen while you were doing our favorite thing? --- EATING??

Dealer came, I did some banking, then went back to bed and slept another ninety minutes.  Guess I'll try to eat a little something mild, like scrambled or poached eggs.

Yes and it was just a piece of bacon and not all that terribly well done either. But ever since the radiation treatment my teeth have been bad.  It's a trade off. ..great teeth in a corpse or lousy teeth in a live person; I opted for the latter

Whew! Back from a long day at the choral festival. Sang, and saw and heard a lot of other groups today, too. I had a solo in Russian.

Cilla I understand congratulations are in order --- are you still going to hang with us little people now that you're one of the 1% ?
 :)

Thanks Vixmom.  For those who aren't on FB I was invited to join the Nat'l Assn of Distinguished Counsel.  It's an invitation only group that recognizes who they consider the top 1 percent of lawyers.  It's easier to post a link then to explain
https://www.distinguishedcounsel.org/

And Vixmom, it isn't going to change me a bit, lol

Around here both parties have lawyers, the contact is usually 10 -12  tightly spaced  legal sized pages,  the buyer usually gets a house inspection, the lender sends an appraiser, then the title company does their searches and sends a representative out to conduct a survey inspection or hey  have a  surveyor prepare a new survey, the Lender has an attorney and there is often a Realtor or two and a mortgage broker  and they ALL meet at the same time for the closing at which point the premises are expected to be delivered  "vacant and broom clean"

We don't use title companies in Iowa, lawyers do title opinions.  I used to do them when I lived in the lakes area where property changes hand often

Yes congratulations are in order for DR CILLA LIZ....she should write about it here.

Ditto & Ditto.

Maybe DR Cilla can also tell us if her house closings required lawyers and bank people.

My closings have been me going to my real estate agents office and signing papers.  No one else was there

Did Cilla win the lottery?

I wish.  The top 1 percent has nothing to do with income just the way I do my job

People around here swear by Popeye's, at least as opposed to the Colonel's chicken, but I have yet to really give it a fair try.  We don't have one around me in Connecticut, so I'd either have to eat some in NYC or find it on the road somewhere.  Which is what I did, the one time I can truthfully recall having it.  It was at a service plaza way out on the NY Thruway near Buffalo!  Only had a piece or two, and honestly I guess it was okay but it just tasted like another piece of fast food fried chicken to me.

I'm quite sure it wasn't the spicy, though.    :)
I like KFC grilled chicken

I've never had Popeye's chicken.  We don't have them around here
