Whew! Back from a long day at the choral festival. Sang, and saw and heard a lot of other groups today, too. I had a solo in Russian.
The best choice DR VIXMOM.
DR SINGDAW singing in Russian!!
Cilla I understand congratulations are in order --- are you still going to hang with us little people now that you're one of the 1% ?
Well done, by the way, I am tremendously pleased for you
Around here both parties have lawyers, the contact is usually 10 -12 tightly spaced legal sized pages, the buyer usually gets a house inspection, the lender sends an appraiser, then the title company does their searches and sends a representative out to conduct a survey inspection or hey have a surveyor prepare a new survey, the Lender has an attorney and there is often a Realtor or two and a mortgage broker and they ALL meet at the same time for the closing at which point the premises are expected to be delivered "vacant and broom clean"

Did Cilla win the lottery?
People around here swear by Popeye's, at least as opposed to the Colonel's chicken, but I have yet to really give it a fair try. We don't have one around me in Connecticut, so I'd either have to eat some in NYC or find it on the road somewhere. Which is what I did, the one time I can truthfully recall having it. It was at a service plaza way out on the NY Thruway near Buffalo! Only had a piece or two, and honestly I guess it was okay but it just tasted like another piece of fast food fried chicken to me.I'm quite sure it wasn't the spicy, though.
I like the woman who does the commercials for POPEYE'S CHICKEN. She is very personable.Interesting about the ANNIE notation from DR ELMORE. I can hardly wait until I see that in a score, and I can show something more than my ignorance.
