My friend Margo and I both loved Bandstand! Yes, the music is anachronistic, but I think it's very good...and there's a LOT of it in this show. And a lot of dancing. I know not everyone loved the choreography that was on the Tony Awards last year, but in the show it's very good and a lot more historically accurate than what I saw yesterday.

There were no gymnastics, and it most of it looked like it could be from the 1940s. Some of the transitions were more modern, but the song dances were great.
