I just want to say I gave a karma point to George for posting that very funny ad from yesterday's postings. Just caught up on them. It may me laugh out loud and made me feel better. Thank you.

"And I think the show should have a complete orchestra....one that has every kind of instrument......does anyone know where we can get an organ grinder?"

And in a house in Gettysburg, PA, David Eisenhower suddenly felt compelled to phone his wife at the Edison Hotel!

Hey, what's the deal here?  Monday's aren't usually so slow (not that 120 posts is slow) - check out last Monday's stats why don't you?

We did indeed have a problem before - some hacker-related issue on the server - don't know if it was specific to us or not, but that would be doubtful.  Still, they caught the issue, and got us back up in record time, so that is the good news.  Now, let's get off them lazy butt cheeks and continue our story and get some postin' goin' on.  I'm off to see Dear World in a bit.

[move=left,scroll,6,transparent,100%]Hello Everybody! My name is ROSE. What's yours?[/move]

Just checking in after pulling all nighters to get the Cabaret West Calendar and Newsletter out. In a day or two everything should be up on the site.

I hope some of you read this--I think it would be interesting to you...

A new movie has just been released called Anything But Love. It's a musical and was filmed similar to the Technicolor films of the 1950's. It stars Isabel Rose, Andrew McCarthy and Alix Korey--with a special appearance by Eartha Kitt. The score is full of standards plus some new material by Steven Lutvak. They don't have major distribution so they are relying on word-of-mouth and screenings at film festivals. There are several movie houses in the L.A. area that will be showing it on November 14. Here's a link to their website for all the info plus will keep you apprised of any new screenings should you like to see it http://www.anythingbutlovemovie.com.

Now to catch up on my sleep...

I sent BK an e-mail shortly after 4 p.m., PST, asking if there was a problem with the site.  He apparently hasn't read it yet...or accessed that mailbox.

I tried sending one to Tom of Oz, too, but it was rejected...a failure....

And Matt H, too.  I'm hoping he got it, although I don't require a response now.

It was all too depressing at the time.

About this here storyline:

Are we allowed to just find a point somewhere in the story and then start adding to it even though the story has already been continued and is at a different point?

It seems hinky to me!

Bruce!

Do Full Members ever earn more than three stars?

If so, at what point?

 ;D

You got us all excited by starting us out with one star and giving us a second star at 50 posts and a third at 100.  Is that all there is?  (Ooh-Ooh! A Peggy Lee reference!)

Thanks for trying DR Ron. Please don't feel rejected.

We were only down for an hour - not bad, when you consider the past.

Ron: I don't know from full members, if you get my drift.

Td: Susan Gordon Doesn't Live Here Anymoe.  One makes choices in life, you know.  I'm sure she'll be quite busy doing every convention known to man on the face of the entire planet, and we wish her well doing them.  She's been very helpful in the editing of Kritzer Time.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMILY!!

Oh boy, I’m in.  Last night our computer had problems.  Once we were back on line I couldn’t get in to post.  For some reason my password wouldn’t work.  Maybe I was too tired by then to type correctly.

MDS, my deepest condolences.

I loved Superman comics.  My brother & I would have to smuggle them into the house as my mother thought they were junk.  It didn’t matter that we were well read and our sister, who didn’t read much of anything, didn’t bother with the comics.  My favorite books were horse stories, especially The Black Stallion series.  My all time favorite book was Rusty, A Cocker Spaniel.  Of course it was about a wonderful, bright and courageous Cocker Spaniel.

I enjoyed the Hulk.  It was better than the original previews, after the Hulk himself was improved.  It was also sad as I missed Bill Bixby.

MDS, love the cake!

78 degrees!  Its was only 46 degrees here today and last night it snowed.

Tomorrow I will try to change the picture of the duck I accidentally picked up.  Thanks for the help Ron.  Hope it works.

Oops, Mark, thanks for the tip.  I shall try it tomorrow when I am more alert.

Jay, I didn’t get to respond to you last night.  You are so sweet.  See you in LA.

Gremlins are still active. I can not navigate through much of the site. DR Ron: I did post a new email address to the usual suspects last week. I shall try again later.
